A bit later than might make sense, but I wanted to do this. I always seem to be playing catch up so it is pretty par for the course!
January was pretty quiet, as it often is. Never the best month to start a project but I joined an established process at the end of the month, helping Inkycloak with their first production . Cover Her Face , a radical re-imagining of The Duchess of Malfi. Re- set in the early sixties, The Bethnal Green Working Mens Club was the perfect back drop for this sell out production. La John Joseph was excellent as the trans-duchess supported by a first rate cast.
There were many challenges - when aren't there? Working with Daniel and Martin of Inky Cloak was a pleasure..
